Experience

Our founding attorney, Scott A. Harford, began his career representing large corporations, insurance companies, and Fortune 500 companies in personal injury actions. He is aware and knowledgeable of the tactics companies use to ward off legitimate claims by individuals who have been harmed by corporate wrongdoing and where public safety is brushed aside for profitability. It was this very reason why he decided to concentrate his practice in representing innocent victims looking for a fair shake in the judicial system.

Unlike other law firms where cases are worked-up by associates and paralegals, every case we take is personally handled and managed by Mr. Harford. He is available and responsible to all of our clients each step of the way, including during the intake screening, medical work-up, drafting of the complaint, engaging in discovery, and educating the jury at trial.

Communication

We believe that our client’s understanding of the litigation process is a key component to each and every step in our legal representation.
