Harford, P.C. Provides Help to the New York Justice Volunteer Program

Harford, P.C., embraces a culture of service to others. As legal professionals, we bear the responsibility to assure access to quality justice for those unfortunate individuals financially unable to afford or retain legal counsel. We recognize the importance of our ethical and social duty, and continually work toward providing access to justice throughout the community from which we operate.

As part of our commitment to pro bono work and giving back to the community, Harford, P.C., has volunteered free legal services through the New York County Access to Justice Volunteer Attorney Programs. Starting on June 21, 2016, Scott A. Harford will be assisting unrepresented litigants in the preparation of uncontested divorce papers to enable them to accomplish divorce through the State Supreme Court.

The program is run from the New York County Supreme Court located at 60 Centre Street in Manhattan. Scott will be volunteering his services on Tuesdays throughout the summer from 2:15 to 5:00.
